What do you like most?
Bob Me Bob AI Chatbot provides multi-language function which is very much helpful in communicating with customers. For example, our long stay Japanese in-house guest prefers to leave message in the chatbot, as she consider it's more convenient with questions and answers translated to Japanese immediately.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For long term, more travelers will be returning to Hong Kong very soon by 2nd quarter of 2023, including China, and Asia. Shortage of staff is one of the challenges, the chatbot will definitely play an important role in engaging more customers with revenues growth.
