What do you like most?
The direct booking tool system is easy to use and intuitive so requires little learning time to master it. Ongoing maintenance is simple and there is little effort required to keep the system up to date which is useful given that we have dozens of IT systems to monitor and manage. I like that there are constant evolutions and improvements and that regular update training is offered which helps us make the most of these tools and make the system work better for us. Finally the service offered is exceptional. The combination of sending the update information to us rather than us having to find it with the offer to set up new tools on our behalf means we are constantly up to date and getting the best out of the system. Well done!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing that I can think of! we are honestly very happy with the system and will be using you in the future
