Easy to use - has the basics needed for a client data base and scheduling. Allows for easy revenue management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Haven't run across any hurdles, when we do their staff is very helpful. Often software is set up without any real time experience. With STS you can tell someone worked in the user end arena as it has everything you need.
