What do you like most?
The programme can be set-up in such a way that it requires very minimal manual work from the resort's side. The platform performs online shopping for rooms AND rates, so the guests always have a nice option to be upgraded to and also a good offer, in case the hotels has last-minute packages to boost sales. Additionally, it provides the opportunity to set-up the rooms that work as targets for upgrade, so it can boost sales for rooms that do not usually sell that easily.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to have access to more things, such as the rooms that are being sent to the guests as options, or be able to see the offer. This would help us better understand what the guests are looking for and which rooms are selling better, so that we focus more on them instead. Additionally, I would prefer to be able to make changes to the set-up without the intereference of the Plusgrade team, as this would allow us to have more dynamic rates, offers and sales.
