What do you like most?
We run a boutique inn on Nantucket and now that the vast majority of lodging has shifted to the luxury market the amount of competitive inventory out here has never been higher. It is so important to us to be front of mind to those prospective guests and CartStack's RezRecovery has helped our conversion rate by targeting those abandoned direct bookings. Their weekly stats report gives a very clear and concise outline of how many abandoned bookings there were, how many were recovered, the conversion rate and total recovered revenue so you can imagine how nice it is to open those emails and see that it is working and exactly how well it is working. The act of abandoning a direct booking means that the likelihood of the prospective guest seeing another place to stay or maybe thinking of a different price point or a different area or location drastically goes up the longer the cart is abandoned so anyway to curb that and bring them back to us is worth its weight in gold.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment I do not have any improvements that I would recommend. It already works so well for us and we have been using it for years.
