What do you like most?
We have switched to Mystay a couple months ago and we are so glad that we made that decision. We could not be happier with the feedback from our guests. From the beginning of cooperation they had completely different approach than other providers. The profile set up was fast as we wanted to welcome first guests after lockdown through Mystay. We have received only positive feedback from guests till now thanks to online check-in.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this moment, I don't think there is anything that could be improved but of course we are looking forward to new features.
