What do you like most?
They truly serve as an extension of marketing where there is currently only one person in a marketing from the property team covering 2 resorts. They are agile and flexible with changes. Their reporting is timely and meaningful. The team has been creative and collaborative. Through our joint efforts, and especially since reopening after the pandemic, we have consistently exceeded all benchmarks of engagement for not only the 2 brands that I work with but for industry average. They are attentive to ask for updates on comp set and always interested in the upcoming programming of events and holidays. They have been supportive team players and worked well with our outside PR agency to amplify all messaging.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The monitoring team doesn't seem to retain info provided. However, that perception could be due to turnover and changes to account team or changes to behind the scenes staffing. There is inconsistency in receiving alerts that I am supposed to be on the distribution lists for. could be a tech glitch.
