What do you like most?
We have been using room orders since a while now due to Covid-19 as we had to go to contactless menus. Not only is it efficient, easy and practical to use for both team members and guests, I believe that when Covid-19 is in the past we will continue to use it as it allows flexibility; immediate changes to the menu whenever needed and saves money in terms of menu printing/design costs. Setting up roomorders was easy and the roomorders team was supportive - having numerous online meetings/calls whenever required. The setup also allows you to create upselling opportunities which is a big plus to generate additional revenue. When we had to make some changes and it wasn't clear in the on how to do it the team from roomorders was able to respond immediately and support us. Therefore a big plus on collaboration and sense of urgency. Overall I can recommend this tool to be utilized in restaurants.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently we are satisfied and do not see any points for improvement. The time that we had a small issue was resolved almost immediately by the team.
