I like the real-time chatting availability, being able to communicate with guests in real-time
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- search function doesn't seem to work. Cannot search past guests by first or last name at all through search function. - Helloshift doesn't have a live-feed; that is to say it doesn't automatically update the chat if the recipient has sent a second message after opening the first. This can lead to accidentally ignoring messages.
