What do you like most?
We were able to post advertisements, and it's easy to post menus. Now they can see pictures of what they are ordering! Guest App is a tool for more techy and portable option for them to order, who does not like using phones to do that? It's just our market prefers easier navigations... Most of them either order directly on TV or look at the menu, then calling reservations via hotel telephone once they have decided what to order. Excited to have WhatsApp integration for 2026 as it will be a big help for us to increase the Guest App usage! Also, the staff Hoteza App might be the answer to our ongoing conflicts regarding clearing out confirmed orders as most of our crew are on the floor using Telegram rather than tracking orders via web. Other than that, we're happy as we have better interface than other hotels near us. Nice one team!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As per our direct discussion with them, we would likely want to have graphed time on TV channel usage (general or specific) and categorized times of guest ordering, just like how it's showing on the marketing feature on CMS. It will help us tailor the right type of promotion/visual comms at a specific time and day. Today, I am manually tallying the ordering times (how many guests ordered in the morning, afternoon, night, and midnight weekly) to present at our meeting. Not sure if this is considered, but we hope so in a few years?
