What do you like most?
Through the dashboard, I have a comprehensive overall view and can provide department heads with the relevant reports weekly. With the support of Mara, the right measures can be identified and targeted planning can be done to continuously improve the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An improvement would be the ability to filter reports and analyses even more individually and automatically send them to the respective department heads. This would allow relevant insights to be shared even faster and measures to be implemented more efficiently.
