What do you like most?
Volo delivers some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced—fast, efficient, and incredibly prompt. Their hospitality is the kind you never knew you needed, with a team that’s consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making every interaction seamless. Ben, has always gone above and beyond for my team. He has even been my own personal editor at times, which I often need with how busy this industry can be. Always providing comedic relief when correcting my spelling or grammatical errors.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I just wish there were more reasons to interact with them beyond menu updates because every experience is that good.
