What do you like most?
I love that the Journey platform simplifies the guest booking process, it turns a normal booking into a complete experience for the guest. Journey also enable our hotel to showcase everything we have to offer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At present Journey is providing us everything we need. It can only get better. We are extremely happy with what is currently provided.
