What do you like most?
What I appreciate most about the TrustYou platform is its ease of use and efficiency. I would particularly highlight the quick response times, excellent integration with other applications and systems, and the helpfulness and willingness of the team to assist whenever challenges arise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be improved is the visual presentation of in-stay guest comments. It would be helpful if these comments were highlighted more prominently through a more distinctive design, stronger visual emphasis, or different colors. This would make them easier to notice and identify, allowing the team to recognize guest feedback more quickly and respond in a timely manner.
