What do you like most?
The fact you can plan your day/week at a glance without overlooking important requirements that otherwise may slip through the cracks. Love the accountability factor across the team/properties. Daily reports not only shows what has been done, but allows you to evaluate who is doing the work. The idea of allowing other departments to create work eliminates the he said, she said aspect of work requests being made and/or ignored.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The constant slowing down of app speed as you progress through multiple jobs. My team needs to restart app many times throughout the day. The recent change of having to exit unscheduled work and reopen task in my work to start a job once it has been assigned is cumbersome and totally ridiculous. Not sure why change was made, but it is 100% frustrating. Have been requesting a change to add two questions to RPM audit for over a year, with zero response. (Deep Clean and Carpet Clean)
