What do you like most?
What I appreciate most is how intuitive and user-friendly the system is. The interface is modern, clean, and easy to navigate — which is especially important in a fast-paced front office environment. Daily tasks such as: Check-ins and check-outs. Room changes. Posting charges. Managing payments. Handling reservations. can all be done quickly and logically. I also value the centralized guest profile view. Having all relevant guest information in one place allows us to provide more personalized service and respond quickly to guest requests. Another major benefit is the automation of routine processes, which reduces manual work and minimizes mistakes — especially during busy arrival periods.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
From a front desk perspective: Some workflows could require fewer clicks to be even faster during peak check-in times. Certain reporting or filtering functions could be slightly more flexible. However, these are small optimization points and do not affect the overall performance of the system.
