What do you like most?
Rate shopping and KPI reports are the tools I use the most. The KPI give a great overall picture of what the hotel has on the book and give the option to compare with previous data.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Notification when new elements have to be mapped. Due to the workload, I do not always think about the mapping until I see mix match information.
