I also really appreciate the fact that the platform allows us to use and take into consideration our knowledge of the majority of our hotel’s services, ensuring that our responses are accurate, personalized, and aligned with our team’s approach and consensus. Overall, it is a very useful and effective tool that supports us in maintaining a consistent and professional communication with our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One small improvement could be reducing the slight delay between the moment a guest posts a review and when it becomes available on Hotel Speaker. However, this is a very minor point and completely understandable, considering the integration process. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and its performance.
