What do you like most?
The team is amazing, hospitality-knowledgeable and tech-savvy, and listens to their customers and works on features that are useful for us. With Mara, we were able to finally get an understanding on how our multiple properties do in terms of quality, but even more importantly, what we can do to fix it. Their analysis is deep, specific and helpful, the UI even without in-depth training easy to use and intuitive. Their open API allowed us to plug in custom automations, so we can generate reports for the teams at our multiple locations with specific action items, and even create service tasks directly in the tools they use. Their MCP connection allowed us to plug in our AI solution, allowing to deep analysis and surfacing of opportunities. Mara saved us hours and hours of work, allowing the people spending those hours previously, to finally focus on what they're good at!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't think of anything to be honest - it is simply the best product for its purpose we have reviewed.
