The ease of use of the system. Quick access to data, easy reporting, and an easy navigable interface. The ability to breakdown data via the large number of reports makes my job much easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Faster and easier integration with large hotel brand systems. The daily housekeeping numbers need to be easier to read in total and for each room attendant in the Daily 5-Minute Check.
