What do you like most?
I have been using TrustYou in my previous hotels, and I continue to use it. It has always been a great tool for managing guest feedback, monitoring our online reputation, and identifying areas for improvement. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and makes our daily work much easier. What I particularly appreciate is the excellent customer support. A special mention goes to Wojciech who is absolutely fantastic! He is always helpful, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to supporting us. Working with him is a real pleasure!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be further improved is the Sentiment Analysis feature, making it even more accurate and detailed in identifying guest feedback trends. Additionally, the AI Response feature could be enhanced to generate more natural, personalized, and less repetitive replies to guest reviews.
