What do you like most?
The HiJiffy chatbot has been in place for a few years and its usage at hotel level keeps improving. The automation of conversation is steadily above 80%, meaning that the gains in productivity are significant.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The AI has improved and hopefully will continue to get better with time. Eventually it will be great if the system can search various OTAs and the brand website to fill the answers with the most recent updates, and also connect with our brand website or social media pages to feature our latest promotions.
