What do you like most?
Tip Brightly streamlined the setup and training process so efficiently for my team. Implementing this was a no brainier and our team has seen increased tipping because of it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to see percentage prompts for the guest to determine an amount per stay. Hotel tipping is not as customary as the food industry and it would be nice to have the guest educated and prompted on the correct amount to tip hotel staff.
