What do you like most?
I’ve been using HotelSpeaker for a while now, and I’m really impressed. It’s a very practical and incredibly easy-to-use tool. It helps me a lot in my daily work and allows me to save a huge amount of time when managing guest communications. The interface is smooth, intuitive, and the results are always relevant. Honestly, I couldn’t do without it anymore! I highly recommend HotelSpeaker to anyone who wants to boost their productivity and improve customer service quality.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have a feature that takes HotelSpeaker even further — for example, allowing the AI to generate draft replies to certain emails. We could just paste the email text, and the tool would prepare a suggested response ready to send. That would save even more time!
