What do you like most?
Snapfix have been super professional and been there when we need them throughout our 2 years. Their easy to navigate software and especially the QR codes have changed how we report and respond to jobs. We have also used the ap to monitor safety systems in our buildings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing i can think of is maybe a form that can be used for things like permit to works that are numbered with each new one used so they can be pulled back out according to number if ever needed.
