What do you like most?
- Intuitive GEMS system for team member management - Keyless entry works great - Tablet + Mobile option works well for pushing messages to guests - Ability to cross-sell Resort experiences is fantastic - Many options can be controlled and done through the tablet or mobile (key, ordering, service requests, messaging, etc).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- The mobile app and mobile check-in system could be improved as it is a bit cumbersome and clunky at times - the SMS text platform could be improved to be more like Zingle. It is not as easy for guests or the staff to do that as it has to come through GEMS -
