This app allows you to conveniently check in online, select your preferred room, use a digital key and check out all within the app. Additionally, you can use the app to communicate with the hotel and access all the information you need in one place. As a hotel business, implementing a digital solution to streamline daily check in and check out processes is an incredible way to enhance guest experiences and meet their needs more efficiently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would love to see the possibility of Multi-Channel Messaging: Enable communication through multiple channels such as SMS, in app messaging, email, and even voice, allowing guests to choose their preferred method. As wellwill be amazing to have AI-Powered Chatbots: Implement AI-driven chatbots for handling routine inquiries and requests, freeing up staff for more complex guest interactions.
