What do you like most?
Smarthost offers great opportunities to design newsletters. It is easy to use and creating a newsletter is very easy. Even with large data sets and many recipients, everything works great. The functions of the pre and post stay mails are great and can be individually adapted and flexibly modeled. The functions of the booking overview and guest requests are also generous and offer various options for noting information.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When sending a campaign or a newsletter, it would be great if you could already see the progress of the dispatch in a statistic during the dispatch. It is often not clear whether the shipment has started or not. The tracking for Google Analytics is also difficult to insert, since you have to enter it individually for each image and each link.
