What do you like most?
The ability to handle group bookings seamlessly is a big plus. Tour groups and conferences often require dozens of simultaneous check-ins, and the system manages these situations far better than our old methods.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The training process for new employees is not as intuitive as we expected. It requires several sessions to make sure staff are confident in operating all features effectively without mistakes.
