What do you like most?
Nowadays, administrative work has increased to an incredible extent. According to statistics, our hotel receives more reviews and feedback than average. Reading and responding to feedback takes up a significant portion of our daily work time. Since we started using this software, we have saved a lot of time that we can use for other processes, such as personal communication, program organization, and program sales. We simply have more time for our guests and we are more relaxed. The feeling of being overworked disappeared.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The freedom of editing guest questionnaires could be improved. More precisely: a question related to a category could be included and edited multiple times. More precisely, a question related to a category can appear and be edited multiple times in the same questionnaire. Additionally, responses to feedback received through various channels, such as TripAdvisor, cannot currently be sent directly from the program without logging into the original interface.
