TipBrightly empowers our team to take ownership of their guest interactions, fostering genuine connections while enabling employees to provide exceptional customer care. It even offers a feature where guests can provide personal reviews and feedback, that is a fan favorite of the housekeeping team! The platform also offers an innovative solution for enhancing earning opportunities without adding to operational costs. This is huge, especially in a downtown market where salaries are often competitive in the peak season. What I appreciate most is the ability to tailor collateral and messaging to align seamlessly with our brand standards and marketing strategy. Additionally, the dedicated onboarding team provides comprehensive support throughout the process, ensuring a smooth implementation and helping us stay on track to meet our timeline. Clearly there is a lot I like about this platform, I have brought TipBrightly with me to every hotel that I have worked at the last 5+ years.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There’s little I would change, as once the program and processes are implemented, everything runs seamlessly. The most involved aspect is the initial onboarding, but the TipBrightly team makes it manageable with a clear timeline and an intuitive platform that keeps you on track. While the setup may feel extensive at first, it’s a crucial step in tailoring the look and feel of your messaging to align perfectly with your brand’s aesthetic and organizational standards. Don't be alarmed by the task list and emails, continue the process because your team will thank you later and you'll be glad you did it!
