What do you like most?
I love being able to check out the "Market Snapshot Views" dashboard. The market segmentation chart is a wonderful tool. it lets me see where everyone else is at with bookings and gives me a better idea of where my groups like to be. That way I can look at that particular city and/or property and see what draws them there. This helps for us to improve our business. I also love that you are able to view the event sizes at the different properties. I love that you can see the email for each account, and the analytics under the meeting size trends graph. Great product to view future forecast and reports. I really enjoy using the "Market Snapshot Views" dashboard—it’s such a powerful tool for understanding trends and making more informed decisions. The market segmentation chart, in particular, is incredibly useful because it allows me to see where others are with their bookings while giving me a clearer picture of where my own groups prefer to be. With that insight, I can focus on specific cities or properties and better understand what attracts business there, which ultimately supports optimization in our overall sales strategy. Another feature I greatly appreciate is the ability to view event sizes across different properties. This detail helps me benchmark performance and anticipate demand more effectively. I also find it extremely convenient that you can view the email associated with each account, along with the analytics under the meeting size trends graph—both of which make it easier to connect data points and identify opportunities. Overall, this is a fantastic product for reviewing future forecasts, analyzing reports, and uncovering new strategies to improve business performance. The level of detail and functionality it provides makes it an indispensable tool for planning and growth.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to be able to just click on an account, and it immediately shows me everywhere they have booked in the last year (at least--several years would be even better for comparison). This would be immensely helpful when looking at our future market set. It also shows you what type of pattern certain companies have (for example: do they book large conferences every year, or every other year? Do they prefer to be in the Midwest/south/north etc. or are they flexible? Is this a group that typically sells out hotels? Do they have city-wide conventions?) I would love if when you click on your own market snapshot, it could pull up a graph that shows how you compare to the rest of your state. Just your specific property against your competitions. Actual analysis for better reporting internally. I also wish our property would get better visibility if we are logged in consistently to show that we are serious about booking business. I would love to have the ability to simply click on an account and instantly see everywhere they have booked over the past year—or ideally over several years for deeper comparison. Having this level of visibility would be immensely valuable when analyzing our future market set. It would also make it much easier to identify booking patterns across different companies. For example, do they host large conferences every year, or alternate years? Do they prefer specific regions such as the Midwest, South, or Northeast, or are they more flexible with their locations? Are they groups that typically sell out entire hotels, or do they participate in city-wide conventions? Insights like these would allow for more accurate forecasting and optimization of our sales strategies. Another feature that would be incredibly helpful is the ability to click on our own market snapshot and immediately generate a graph comparing our property’s performance against the rest of the state. Having this side-by-side view of our property versus our direct competition would provide stronger analysis and allow for more effective internal reporting. Finally, I believe properties that log in consistently and actively use the platform should gain better visibility within the system. It would be a great way to highlight which hotels are serious about booking business and fully engaged with the tool. This recognition would not only motivate consistent use but also reward properties committed to leveraging data-driven insights for growth.
