Considering the lack of familiarity with the various technological tools, our Blastness representatives, from all departments, continue to be always available, prepared and effective in managing our requests of any type.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To date, we have not found any room for improvement because they have always proven competent and responsive, both in proposing new technologies and tools and in providing ongoing support. We have found the same level of efficiency in all departments.
