What do you like most?
The platform is super easy to manage on our end and integrates smoothly with our existing systems. Additionally, the support team truly understands hospitality in all facets. Hovr's Customer service has always been prompt, open to feedback, and continuously enhancing the product. In an industry where visual impact and guest experience make all the difference, Hovr has become an indispensable tool on our property.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
With all things considered, I have not ran into any pain-points with the company or software at hand that have not been handled promptly.... More integrations perhaps? Although this has not been my pain-point, i could see the need for additions as Hovr expands the industries in which they serve. However, I have spoke to everyone from representatives to the CEO and all have the same level of care to the clients which speaks volumes on the culture and what you inherently end up getting as partners in the hotelier space.
