What do you like most?
Digital check-in features allow for guests to skip the wait once they arrive at the hotel. We also use the guest messaging to keep communication flowing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe an easier check-in process for guests. I understand this is hard to do but some people get uncomfortable uploading their ID and Credit card. Maybe verbiage explaining their information is secure.
