What do you like most?
It is easy to implement and how it displays the added values to the guests to increase conversion of the booking engine.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice if we could associate the loyalty program to specific more benefitial rates we have for repeting guests, creating a structure where guests that stay more with us, see that confidence rewarded with larger discounts, on top of the rewards they get from the program.
