What do you like most?
Good user interface and clean features, making set up easy. The THN Team is generally proactive and forward looking too. Able to set up different targeting rules for deeper personalisation as well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The AI algorithm enabled personalisation still rather raw in its targeting. Lack of AB testing feature is a big minus.
