What do you like most?
Honestly, as IT I like it as it has replaced my Call tree IVR system. I can see the percentile of calls received and missed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When it says it couldn't understand a call, I would like to hear a recording of that call to make sure it's not something we missed.
