What do you like most?
I love how user friendly the entire platform is, for myself and for clients. It is very easy to input all of the required information and keep bookings organized. I also appreciate that I am able to edit anything I need to about bookings if things do not appear correctly to my clients, or if one of them needs to cancel an order I have invoiced them for. I have had to work with our accounting team before on some invoices that created confusion (for other reasons that do not pertain to the ROH platform itself), and having them also be able to work in ROH on my invoices has been amazing. It cuts down the extra work/communication that could also be convoluted. ROH is incredibly efficient and I love to use it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if my home screen was customized to show just my information when I sign in. For example, stats about payments pending, invoices due, and my individual bookings. It can be a little tiresome when I have to constantly use the left sidebar to get into bookings/invoices to get into the ones I need to view. I don't really have a reason to view the invoices and bookings my colleagues have created because I don't do anything with them.
