What do you like most?
Automates pre arrival communications. Don't have to answer a phone ringing right now so can compose a more nuanced reply.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Interface in Conversations often has left-over conversation chain that should have been cleared away by auto updating process. Need to often refresh to ensure things are not missed. Have to have 2 tabs open side by side to cover both Conversations and Notifications in addition to having to also check Upsells -> orders for gust requests like towels. This takes a large amount of screen real estate (even with dual monitors). I understand these are different streams of work, but the ability to create a configurable 'inbox' or workspace that combines these different categories of items would cut down on the, in my opinion, unnecessary clutter and along with ensuring the background updating works reliably (with an indication updating isn't happening due to an issue with communication for example) would substantially lower the cognitive load required to ensure as an operator of Duve you're picking up items needing attention quickly and not wasting time manually updating to clear away parts of items that, if they should have shown up, should've been cleared away so you don't have to partly process what's on the screen before you realize it's just junk that shouldn't be in the window. If resources are only available to fix either the screen updating issue OR the creating a unified 'inbox' or workspace, my slight preference would be for a unified 'inbox' or workspace that is configurable. At least if there's one window (including 1 tab) and it needs updating then that's better than 2 or 3 windows. Perhaps with a change in the tab name when there are one or more items 'open' - this may be too expensive in resources in the browser to implement but if reliable, the tab could be added to a window and just the tab name monitored - so maybe consider if other users might find this useful. Might be most useful for people on at quieter times who are doing admin or audit-type work. If other people are having trouble due to window updating that isn't reliable, they may preference making the window updating as 'bullet-proof' as possible.
