What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is an opportunity to make Lighthouse even stronger through greater reporting flexibility, more customisable dashboards and deeper integration of commercial data across revenue, distribution and digital marketing. One area that would particularly benefit from improvement is the accuracy and consistency of GDS data retrieval, alongside faster resolution of GDS-related issues. Shortening turnaround times and providing more proactive technical support when addressing GDS pain points would make a meaningful difference to hotel commercial teams.
