Net Affinity is a user-friendly booking platform that makes managing our direct online bookings, rates and packages straightforward. I particularly appreciate the flexibility when creating promotions and updating packages. The support team is excellent, always responsive, helpful and willing to assist with any queries or changes we need.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Widget I find it difficult to navigate and understand how to make changes or manage different settings. Clearer instructions, step-by-step guidance and a more intuitive interface would make it much easier to use independently.
