What do you like most?
It makes it easy to submit requests for guests and communicate with other departments on their behalf. The system is user-friendly and visually appealing, which makes it simple to navigate. I also appreciate the ability to expedite requests when something urgent comes up.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes when trying to locate a guest, their name does not appear immediately after entering the last name. There can be a delay before the results show up, which can be frustrating and slows down the process.
