What do you like most?
As a hotel manager, I particularly appreciate MARA's user-friendly interface and comprehensive booking management features. The intelligent analysis of guest data allows us to create personalized responses and reply efficiently. MARA also supports us in communicating effectively with guests, thus promoting smooth hotel operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As hotel manager, I am very satisfied with MARA; the administration and communication are excellent. However, we would like the responses in the guest review tool to be even more personalized. Personalized communication could make our guests feel even more valued and strengthen their connection to our hotel.
