What do you like most?
Great product, very few glitches, excellent and timely support. I strongly recommend it to all who want to shop their competitors' rates online and do yielding on a daily basis. UPDATE 13.1.26 After many many communication with their finance department, i can only say it seems they have no idea what the sales team are doing. We have been asked to pay invoices about subscriptions which were terminated months ago. Not a good service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the matching of competitor's rooms is wrong, or there are discrepancies with the rates you see on a live check. But if you speak with their support team, this gets resolved quickly.
