What do you like most?
MARA saves us a lot of time on guest reviews. The AI drafts personalized, on-brand replies in several languages, and we just review and post. It’s easy to use daily for a small team like ours, and our response rate has improved a lot.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More detailed analytics would help, for example trends by topic over time and comparisons with competitors. Better integration with our other tools (PMS, CRM) would also help us connect review insights to guest profiles.
