Consolidating relevant information about guest perception in relation to our hotel operations, generating decisive information for short, medium, and long-term actions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since we have a group with 3 operations (and expansion), I would like to extract the network's data in a single, consolidated way. Today I need to export a report for each unit and consolidate the data externally, which creates an enormous amount of data-processing work. In addition, I would also like to be able to extract reports that combine data from the "during and post-stay" surveys, with a consolidated average.
