What we like most about Mara is that, once it learns our preferred response guidelines, it significantly reduces the time required to respond to reviews while also analyzing departmental strengths and weaknesses, helping us identify where resources should be prioritized in the future.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Mara could improve its Airbnb review responses, as the current process involves multiple steps. This is increasingly important for our property, as a growing percentage of our guests are booking through Airbnb.
