What do you like most?
eTIP has been top shelf from introduction all the way through onboarding. I vetted them pretty hard against several other competitor options. In the end they won out our contract. The diverse flexibility of tipping distribution options, simplicity of reporting and tracking and ease of onboarding were all decisive benefits. As a property manager, I did not want to have to invest a ton of additional time into onboarding, and ultimately, I did not! They have been with us every step of the way. We onboarded 4 hotels in one destination first and will begin the process of adding another 9 properties throughout the region.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would recommend a more elevated QR insert option, something that can complement the quality of hotel the service is being offered in.
