What do you like most?
Since introducing Snapfix we have been able to log and track issues needing attention so much better. The system is user friendly for both managers and team members. I cannot fault the Snapfix system. The initial set up and any questions I have are always handled quickly and professionally by Katherine Galligan.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Snapfix does everything we need, the system and support works great, we are always keen to hear about any future developments. 10/10 - A 5 star service.
